| The Danish Cultural Institute (DCI) Is an independent institution, established in 1940, which is governed by a council of representatives, whose members are drawn from a broad spectrum of Danish society. Its aim is to promote the dissemination of information on Denmark and to further international cultural exchange. Danish Centre for Culture and Development (CKU) Is a government institution under the foreign ministry and administrates a support scheme for cultural exchange between DK and the developing countries, as well as implements and supports development projects.
